Keith Brown, the MSP for Clackmannanshire and Dunblane has recently announced the opening of the nomination process for a local hero to attend a special event celebrating 25 years since the Scottish Parliament was re-convened. The event takes place in the Parliament, on Saturday the 28th of September.
Residents of Clackmannanshire, Bridge of Allan and Dunblane can nominate a local hero by emailing the MSP’s constituency office at keith.brown.msp@parliament.scot by 12pm on Friday the 16th of August. The email should include the nominee’s name, contact details and a short paragraph stating why they should be recognised.
The event in September will celebrate 25 years of the Scottish Parliament – as well as honouring the extraordinary contribution that local heroes from across Scotland make to their communities.

“If so, please send me an email with their name, contact details and a short paragraph about why they should be recognised for their work before 12pm on Friday the 16th of August.
“This event is a great opportunity to celebrate a quarter of a century of the Scottish Parliament, and the fantastic work that local people do here in Clackmannanshire and Dunblane, alongside other local heroes from across Scotland.”
